A Dysfunctional Family of Five Reviews...Batman Begins!
After what Joel Schumacher did to this franchise (two words: "nipple suit"), it's a wonder there's a new Batman movie about which to write. And now, with Memento's Christopher Nolan directing and Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader, we've even got our hopes up for a decent flick! Please don't let us down like every other franchise has this year...
 Sis: God, virgins must be the new sluts. Why's everybody so hot for virgins like Katie Holmes? It's not like she knows anything.
 Mom: Honey, did you see her on the MTV Movie Awards? She didn't have the look of an inexperienced woman. Come to think of it, when did you start looking like that?!
 Bro: Dad, Dad, can we catch some bats and put 'em in the garage? We could totally make our own Batcave! It's already smelly and musty in there, just like the hamper when it's full of your sweaty underthings!
 Dad: That's your Mom's sweaty underthings you've been smelling more carefully than I want to know about, son. Which is a habit you better get out of real fast. I cringe at the mere thought of the therapy bills over that one.
 Baby: Now we're talkin'! Consider this a clean reboot of the franchise - not quite as good as the Spider-Man movies, but right up there, because Nolan and his team put story first, effects second. I wonder if they'll make Batman costumes in my size for Halloween…
 Verdict: See it at the Bat-Theater, but don't dress up like all those Star Wars fans did, please.
