BiographyKelly Mahan Jaramillo spends most of her time teaching people how to pronounce her last name ("Just say, 'Man-had-a-mee-oo'" rolls off her tongue daily). She is a second generation Los Angeles native, and despite this geographical handicap, is still under the impression she can form a coherent sentence.
She lives with her husband, indie film composer Tomas Hart, four cats, a rabbit in the master bathroom, and a crow roaming free in the dining room. She still doesn't quite get it when her friends politely decline a dinner invitation. Hours spent cruising DeadBrain are her only refuge from reality.
